Mojito is an old-school cocktail and is loved by many. For National Rum Day, I wanted to do something a bit different so I made it into Mojito Sour. I love all types of sour cocktails and why not make this classical into a sour. If you love mint but do not like it when it jams your straw, then this cocktail is for you.
Recipe:
60ml white rum
30ml lime juice
big handful of mint
1 egg white
15ml sugar syrup
Garnish: Silver lime and mint top
Method:
Put ingredients into a shaker
Add ice and shake properly until egg white is frothy
Pour the cocktail into a glass through a strainer
Garnish it with a mint top and dehydrated silver lime
